Traditional prawn cocktail served with brown bread and butter
RAINBOW OF FRUIT
Segments of ripe pineapple, melon, pink grapefruit and kiwi with a pot of mango sorbet
SWEEY CHILLI CHICKEN KEBABS
Tender chicken cubes marinated in sweet chilli sauce and grilled until golden, served on a bed of mixed leaves
DUO OF SALMON
Pin-wheels of smoked salmon and salmon mousee served with a salad garnish
CAULIFLOWER AND APPLE SOUP
Served with freshly baked bread 

 


TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY
Served with chestnut stuffing and spicy cranberry sauce
SIRLOIN OF BEEF
Roast beef served with mustard and thyme, yorkshire puddings and red wine gravy
PORK AND CIDER CASSEROLE
Loin of pork casseroled with cider, sage, carrots, onions and celery, finished with cream and serbed with herb dumplings
FILLET OF HADDOCK
Haddock wrapped in parma ham, roasted in the oven and served with cheese sauce
VEGETARIAN WELLINGTON
A puff pastry parcel filled with feta cheese, spinach, leeks, watercress, parsley, garlic and thyme, served with a red pepper sauce

All served with potatoes & seasonal vegetables

A non refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is required to secure a booking.
