Lightly boiled egg and crispy lardons of bacon served with fresh salad leaves, crunchy croutons and a vinaigrett dressing
SPICY PARSNIP SOUP
Served with freshly baked bread

Served with chestnut stuffing and spicy cranberry sauce

Roasted sirloin of beef served with a mushroom, onion, wine, tarragon and tomato sauce
