Steak slowly braised in ale with mushrooms and a hint of stilton served with roasted beetroot

Loin of lamb with redcurrant stuffing served with port and red wine gravy
SALMON IN A COUS COUS CRUST
Salmon steak coated in cous cous and pan fried till golden and served with mango salsa
MELTY MUSHROOM WELLINGTON
Field mushrooms sauteed with mozerrella cheese, garlic and spinach, wrapped in a puff pastry parcel and served with tomato sauce
