Breaded sripes of lemon sole, deep fried until goldenserbed with tartare sauce
PORT AND STILTON PATE
A rich pate of creamy stilton, spring onioons and port served with warm toast
WATERCRESS SOUP
Served with freshly baked bread 

 


TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY
Served with chestnut stuffing and spicy cranberry sauce
BOEUF BOURGUIGNON
A rich casserole of beef, red wine, mushrooms and baby onons served in a puff pastry holly leaf
PORK NORMANDY
Medallions of pan fried port fillet in a sauce of cider and cream
OVEN BAKED COD
Flaky cod fillet topped with a crispy crust of breafcrumbs, polenta and parmesan accompanied by a tomato and basil reslish
VEGETARIAN CHRISTMAS TARTLET
A filo pastry tartklet containing a creamy filling of leeks, mushrooms, green lentils, potato, chestnuts and cranberries.
