Hotel of the Year 2007

We are proud to announce that we are the winner of "Hotel of the Year 2007, Moors and Coast Tourism Awards" for the second year running.

This prestiege event is organised by Scarborough Council, Rydale District Council, Hambleton District Council, North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Yorkshire Forward.

Smoking Policy

As from 1st January 2006, Saxonville Hotel has decided to adopt a total non-smoking policy through out the building, this is for the comfort of and guests and staff.

Private Car Park

Our car park is situated across the road from the hotel and has private parking for up to 20 cars.

Four Poster Bedroom

Due to a popular demand Saxonville Hotel now has a Four Poster Bedroom.

This 5 foot Chatsworth Design Bed is beautifully draped to co-ordinate with the curtains and bedspread.

This is the ideal room for that "Special Occasion" or just if you need a little pampering.

Ground Floor Bedroom

The Small lounge at the front of the building has been turned into a ground floor bedroom.

This room is ideal for our less mobile guests who prefer not to climb the stairs.

This bedroom is furnished to the highest standards and has all the facilities you would expect from a 3 Star Hotel.

Deluxe Rooms

We have now turned a couple of our larger rooms into deluxe rooms. These spacious rooms have some little extra touches to them.

Special Arrangements

Should you have any particular requirements that we should know about, such as being Vegetarian, having a disability, wanting to arrive early etc, please feel free to contact us in advance so that we may make the necessary arrangements.

We would like to advise all our guests that the Saxonville Hotel has six steps up to the front door and we do not have a lift. If you are less mobile, please ask about our ground floor bedroom or request a room on the first floor.
