Special Arrangements
Should you have any particular requirements that we should know about, such as being Vegetarian, having a disability, wanting to arrive early etc, please feel free to contact us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
We would like to advise all our guests that the Saxonville Hotel has six steps up to the front door and we do not have a lift. If you are less mobile, please ask about our ground floor bedroom or request a first floor bedroom.

Children 10 - under 16 years of age sharing with two adults are charged half the adult rate (subject to availability).
Children in separate room are charged two-thirds the adult rate (subject to availability).
Children sharing with one adult are charged two-thirds the adult rate (subject to availability).
Children's Meals
Childrens menu available upon request. With prior
arrangement, special childrens meal time at 6pm. Cots and highchairs
